We had moved our grand piano in a U-Haul. It was still in pieces wrapped in moving blankets. Called Mr. Goodman for assistance, he came out promptly and aided us in setting up the piano. Upon inspection he demonstrated how the action had been affected by the move. He adjusted the action and helped us put the instrument in place in our new home. He'll be back in 2-3 weeks to tune the piano. He has prompt and professional and I will use his services again!!
