Glass Max

Windshield first replaced by Glass Max on 3/24/17. Then took car to Honda dealership to have lane departure sensor re-calibrated, but they could not do it. Stated that it needed an original equipment windshield. Called Geico to report this and they suggested I take car to Safelite for re-calibration. Safelite could not re-calibrate--stated that the wrong model windshield had been installed. Contacted Glass Max and they installed the correct model (but not original equipment) windshield. Went back to Safelite, but they still could not re-calibrate sensors. Went back to Honda dealership, but they still could not re-calibrate sensors-again stating that it needed original equipment windshield. Called Geico back on 5/30/17. After much discussion, they agreed to pay for an original equipment windshield, but stated it would have to be done as "warranty work" by Glass Max. I have called Glass Max 5 times since 5/30/17. Each time I get a call center which takes my info, tells me they will pass on the message. I still have not gotten any response from Glass Max. I have tried to explain to the call center that I need to speak to someone in management or customer service, but their response is that they can only relay a message to the local Glass Max dealership. Not sure if they are ignoring me, or have gone out of business. Would appreciate any help you can give.
