"Thank you! It is our pleasure!"
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], We have discussed your situation at length as a company, and we are so pleased that Anthony was able to remedy the issue for you and save you from unnecessary work and cost! Thank you for the wonderful review; we truly appreciate it the opportunity to be your plumbing company! Deb B., Office Manager"
"Thank you for the great review and high grades! We strive for excellence on every job and are so happy you are pleased!"
"Ms. [Member Name Removed] first called our office on 04/03/17 at 11:30 am with a stoppage issue. I explained that we have a service fee of $69.00 for a technician to make a diagnosis, determine a solution, and provide pricing for that solution. Upon authorization, he would then complete the work. She agreed to those terms and scheduled an appointment with us for an arrival time of 1:30-3:30 pm on the same day. Prior to our appointment, Ms. [Member Name Removed] called back to cancel the appointment. On 04/10/17 I received another call from the owner for a job site visit to provide a quote. She stated that she had hired another company to clear her stoppage on 04/03, and that they recommended replacing the sanitary lines. She asked to schedule a job site visit for a quote for the sanitary line replacement as well as converting the irrigation from the domestic meter to an irrigation meter. I reviewed our procedure with her once again, and again she agreed to our service fee and scheduled a job site visit for 04/13/17. Amos, the president of our company, completed this appointment and provided Ms. [Member Name Removed] with extensive notes as well as quotes for both items requested by the owner. Until this review, we were not made aware of any dissatisfaction on the part of the owner."
"Our company does require a job site visit in order to provide an accurate quote. With any job there are many variables, and we believe the best policy is to provide firm numbers that will not change during the course of the work so that homeowners have the ability to plan and budget for the job. We are diligent in providing our service fee cost over the phone so that there are no surprises. We are aware that many companies provide free estimates; it is our belief that we can best serve our homeowners by providing complete and accurate information prior to job commencement."
In our house (just over 10 years old) the toilets were clogging and plunging didn't clear. The county came and unclogged the sewer lines. They put a camera down the tube, and found what appeared to be roots growing into the tube and the section would need to be replaced. I rec'd a suggestion to call Fox Plumbing so I checked them out on Angies List. They didn't have many reviews so I was concerned. I actually tried calling another plumber first and rec'd voice msg to leave a msg and someone would get back to me. Having a limited schedule, I preferred to try to talk to a person to explain my problem and get an appt. scheduled. I decided to try Fox Plumbing.
A very friendly woman answered the phone (Deb) and was understanding and compassionate about my issue. She scheduled me within 3 business days (sounds long - but only because they had to pull a permit and it was going into the weekend). I was the first appt on Nov 4th. Anthony and his assistant were exactly on time. They were nicely dressed, professional and courteous. They dug up the segment in my yard, found the pipe segment (which had clearly been previously damaged & attempted to be patched by someone else). They replaced the pipe segment and refilled a small amount of dirt (so the county inspector could view). I was so pleased with the overall experience, I asked them to look at my hot water heater and explained an issue I was having. He identified that the thermal expansion tank was going bad and he could get me a price to replace if we wanted to. The County inspector came the afternoon of the next day (11/5), approved with no issues. Deb called me same afternoon to schedule Anthony to come back to fill the hole and give me a price on the expansion tank. She even apologized that they couldn't come same day, but I told her the next morning was fine. Anthony and his assistant arrived exactly on time on the 6th. While his assistant refilled the hole, Anthony replaced the thermal expansion tank. They were finished and gone in less than 30 minutes. I told Anthony they were the cleanest, nicest plumbers I had ever met. He told me they tried to be and they took a lot of pride in what they do as it was a family owned business. I would not hesitate to use them again and I even asked for several business cards to share with my neighbors if they ever need a plumber.
stayed to their quote, responded promptly when we were ready for them (after demolition, after framing, after cabinets installed). they kept a clean and neat job site. showed up when they said they would. took any special requirements into account. even helped with the bath design. there price was very competitive.
