Flooring Options by Carpet One

They did a great job.  There were some tricky transition areas with excisting tile and also some restrictions with condo regulations.  Amy was the project manager and did a wonderful job.  The crew also did a perfect job with the installation of the floors.

I was replacing the carpet in two bedrooms.  I choose Brewer Carpet One because it was a local company opposed to using a big box store.  During the process of choosing the carpet, measuring and setting up the installation I had to hound the sales rep
 to get answers.  The installation men were late on arrival.  They cut the carpet outside on the driveway YUCK  When they finished I asked them about the threshold they were suppose to replace.  (This was agreed on with the sales rep. when he was measuring)  Installers said they knew nothing about replacing the threshold. I phoned and emailed the sales rep again.  He said someone would be coming to install the threshold the following week.  Nothing happened. I emailed him again nothing happened.  Twenty-two days later, I phoned the company and got the sales rep.  I asked him what was going on and he said he would check with the office manager to schedule it for the following week.  He called me back and told me the office manager said since the threshold had nothing to do with the carpet installation, I would be charged $125.00 for them to come out.  I told him we had agreed on this to be included in the pricing.  He did not seem to care, it was up to his manager.  I told him I belonged to Angie's List and I will be writing a review of their company.
