Flat Rate Plumbing Inc is family owned and operated. The owner, Martin Pekarek, began a plumbing apprenticeship in Germany. He moved to the United States and started working for various plumbing businesses. He became a Master Plumber in 1991 after which he started his own plumbing business. He has been servicing satisfied customers ever since. Martin is trilingual. He is fluent in English, German, and Czech.
