Fix It or Free Appliance Repair

Bought a new dishwasher that we weren't totally happy with but we didn't want to return it. He made some adjustments to it so that it worked much better for us. He was responsive to my call and showed up as scheduled. The cost was very reasonable.

It went perfect. Arrived at scheduled time, Completed job and if what I needed fixed was not fixable at reasonable cost they came out and told me it would be better to buy a new or used one.

He fixed it once but it wasn’t really fixed and I took it to him because I was near his house back. He fixed it the second time and it runs. It’s not perfect; it’s a vita mix that’s like 25 years old. It surges a little bit but it runs and does what it’s supposed to do. He was reasonably price and I have no complaints. He does mostly small appliance repair. He doesn’t have a garage, he has a car port and I wasn’t worry about it being stolen. He is a few blocks from the ridge. I didn’t think he was that professional. If there was somebody else to use I wouldn't use him again.

Great. Was very nice and really made sure it was running like new.

We were about to give up on our range hood, which controls the light and the fan over the stove. 9Of course the manufacturers don't make this size hood anymore.) My husband (an electrical engineer) had been unable to fix it, and several appliance repairmen had thought they could fix it, but they couldn't (they charged trip charges and for their attempts, anyway). I saw the glowing reviews on Angie's List and called Wes. He came out, figured out what was wrong, and fixed it. So something that had been broken for five years finally worked, and I could see what I was doing at the stove. He charged so little that we gave him a hefty tip.
When my neighbor had an appliance problem, I recommended that she call Wes. He fixed her appliance, too. She just sent me a text message asking for his number, because her dishwasher is broken and her wifi is down, so she couldn't look up Wes's number. I promptly gave her the number of Fix it or Free.

Quick and inexpensive Completely cleaned up afterwards

Started out horribly, pained interior of garage with clothes hanging out, then spray painted closed doors inside the garage that had just been painted, had to buy new closet doors. He fixed things the best he could. DId bedroom painting and flooring, did a great job. Started bathroom remodel, left a mess. I am now paying another contractor 2000.00 dollars to fix my bathroom. My dishwasher and washing machine still don't work right. He did a good job painting, but that's about it, the painted is still not complete, either

It started out horribly, spray painted doors in my garage which ruined clothing and paint job they had just done in my garage. Very responsive to fixing these problems. Odd hours worked, but did a nice job on the painting and floor installation. I was going to do before and after pictures to help him get more business. But my washer and dryer still aren't working properly. I had to pay a plumber to fix the faucet after dishwasher was worked on. Then started a job in my master bathroom, toilet sitting out in my side yard when I came home from work, he did come back and move it. Started doing drywall work, I asked for semi smooth finish, it is like thorns are on the wall, left without calling me or completing the work. Wish I had never met this guy and his "helpers"

Called and they promptly scheduled an appointment. When the tech came out he fixed my microwave door latch quickly and professionally.

He does what his name says. He fixes it or it's free! In this case the repair would be more than the cost to replace. He came to my house (10 miles out in the country) picked up the microwave and took it to his shop. A few days later he called with the news giving me options, but recommending replacement. Because i needed the custom mounting bracket he returned the micrwave to my house. There was no charge!!!! I forced him to take $20 bucks for gas money. He will have my future business.

The first time he came, he came on a Sunday. I called expecting to get an answering machine, but he came out that very day. He told me he could fix the problem in ten minutes. I had a washing machine that I filled with water and it stopped working. I was expecting some help Monday, but he fixed the problem quickly and easily, and he easily could have told me that he required parts or intensive labor. Since his bill was based on an hour and it was done in ten minutes, he spent the rest of the time cleaning the trap on my dishwasher and cleaned lint out of the refrigerator. I've never had anyone do that before, I was expecting to pay for the whole hour. He also gives free estimates for his work. He does all small appliances.
