It was a circus with the sub contractors hired by Fairfax Floors. Complaints from the condo management. Took 30 days to complete a 3-5 day job. Improper installation. Made a mess and broke items inside condo. Did not level floors or clean up old chunks of glued underlayment therefore the new luxury vinyl floor is popping up and down when walking on the it. To correct the problem. The new flooring needs to be removed and the base leveled. After 4 months the owner refuses to do anything even though I have a letter from the manufacture inspection the floor is moving. Steve the owner is blaming it on glued down cork underneath recommended by the manufacture.

Excellent. They were great to work with. Installer did an excellent job. Attention to detail and everyone very communicative through process. Conner and Steve followed up continually to make sure everything was meeting expectations. A pleasure to do business with. Will use them for future Flooring needs.
