La Civita Concrete Inc is my neighbor and he is the best concrete person that I have known for 40 years. He has a good reputation. He incorporated and I think he should retire but he likes to work and he is very good at it. He used to do larger contracts but he has always done a superb job for me and I know the family. He has a large following because he has been in business for 40 years. He has a lot of work done for me, he has poured cement for me and did a great job and he is competitive but he will admit that he is not the cheapest bidder and uses lead but he says that he is not going to sacrifice quality just to get a job done. He is professional and he has a great reputation. He is a good worker. He is a small company, but he has the skill to do quite a bit of things, of course he cannot do as much as he could do when he was a lot younger, like large houses, he mainly likes to do drive ways and patios and things like that. His son went to college to study business and construction and now he is partner in one of the largest companies down here. His son is very bright and his family has a lot of orientation to doing jobs right. I would be glad to recommend him.  I don't think he likes to do big jobs. The reason he likes dealing with smaller individuals is because he can deal with them direct and they pay, he doesn't have to wait 30-90 days because a lot of sub contractors have to wait until the job is completed before they get paid. His prices seem a little high but he doesn't push or lower the prices because you don't undermine yourself by saying that you will do it for a lot less. He sticks to his nature of being what he is which is a reliable and competent construction fellow. He is very likeable. He is very regional, he has one fellow that works with him and is very good, he is licensed and he has all the credentials to be incorporated.
