Very good at what he did.. 38 year old car that had a lot of problem was able to make a key that fit the car since the old keys were worn the locks were sticking.

I arrived home at 6 PM on a Thursday before Labor Day weekend with a hurricane potentially on its way and my garage door won't open - UGHH! Well hopefully I can get someone out tomorrow to look at it. I logged a request with AngiesList/HomeAdvisor, within minutes I received two phone calls and two texts. One of the calls was Fayez from Expert Door and More. He says he can be there in 30 minutes! Not my normal way of researching providers, reading reviews, getting 2 or 3 quotes, but I really want to get this done. I ask how much it will cost and Fayez gives me a range depending on the size of the spring - OK fair enough he needs to look at it first. As promised he arrived within 30 minutes. He took a quick look at it, wrote up a quote, even waived the service call although it was after normal business hours. The quote was well within what he had quoted over the phone, so I signed the quote and away he went to work. He quickly had the repair done - both springs replaced, repaired cables and adjusted the door. While testing it he noticed I had a broken hinge and the door made a clicking/creaking noise. I told him I had another repair company out previously to try and fix that and they told me I needed to replace all of the hinges. He said I'll take a look at it. In minutes he had the hinge replaced, lubricated everything, sanded the edges of the seams in the door and eliminated the clicking/creaking noise. While I had an expert here I mentioned that I wanted to replace the bottom seal - Fayez was "I can take care of that for you". That repair was more of a battle, but Fayez got it done too! I was glad I didn't try to tackle that DIY. While he was here we talked about many topics beyond his knowledge of garage doors. He was a very personable person and I appreciated that everything was done professionally. I feel the price was very good for all of the work he did especially considering it was all after normal business hours and I was relieved that I would be able to park my car in the garage in case the hurricane hit. I would highly recommend Fayez and Expert Door and More.
