All went well, but the visit took an hour not to mention there was a window of when they would arrive, so if you're doing this on a lunch hour, plan for at least two hours.

PROJECT WENT VERY GOOD. ONLY ISSUE WAS THEIR AVAILABILITY DUE TO A BACKLOG OF WORK, BUT THEY WERE THERE ONSITE ON THE PROMISED DATE.

Southern Comfort had been to my home several days before and told me all kinds of things that they had to do to my system. I called Trane, as they are recommended by them and was told to get a second opinion. Even they thought it to be outrageous. The Duffy team came....I know Brian, the owner personally, but Harold came and completed the job for a fraction of the cost. He was aghast at the quote that I showed him and paid $115 for. Thanks to this site, Angie's List, Southern Comfort returned my money. Albeit 3 months later.

I have used Duffy Air for my home, my business and my father-in-law's home for over 5 years. They are honest, thorough and always on time. When we've had sudden problems, they have come at a moment's notice and do not leave until the problem is fixed. I couldn't possibly expect more from a HVAC company.
