Do not use this company! Beware. I was quoted over 25k for a new ac system and new ducts. I got several other quotes quoting me 7500 for the same equipment and they charged me 14k! Carlos told me it would cost 10,500 dollars for my air ducts to be replaced when they only needed to be cleaned! They took advantage of me being a young mother alone and berated me with scare tactics of needing a brand new system instead of doing my initial repair. The manager Wayne, was condescending and offered me no help and just agreed with his salesman. No empathy whatsoever. I will NOT take this treatment! Please do yourself a favor and don’t let this happen to you. I should have read the yelp reviews!

Not a good experience. The air conditioner stopped cooling in a rental home we own. We called Del Air and they diagnosed the a bad compressor and estimated repair cost of $700. They asked if we wanted to replace the compressor or in their opinion, replace the entire unit. I called Del Air to get a quote for a new system and left a voicemail. No one returned my phone. I called two more times and no one returned my calls. My tenant was upset with me and called another company to make the repair. The other company diagnosed the problem as a capacitor and not the compressor. They made the repair costing about $100 and the unit has been working fine for over one year. I complained to Del Air about incorrect diagnosis and was told they would waive the service fee. I received a letter one year later threatening to send us to collection. I called Del Air and was told I didn't need to pay the bill. I received another letter threatening to send us to collection ten days later. I paid $79 for the service call and won't use them again.

After 1 year I regret having to deal with them.
