"We are sorry that you had a problem, however our records indicate that this work you described was performed in April of 2011 (over 2 and a half years ago) and our service supervisor states that she has never received any calls from you to indicate that you were dissatisfied with any work performed by our company. Dehart prides itself on very high customer satisfaction but we cannot help if we are not aware of an issue. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO USE EVERY FEATURE ON THE ALARM. THEY ALSO GAVE ME THEIR 24-HOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER JUST IN CASE I HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT.
