Darrell and his assistant re-keyed 6 locks. He was able to schedule us quickly and arrived on time. He was professional and obviously knew what he was doing as he found our front door was still set up to open with the builder's master key. We felt his price was very reasonable for doing 6 locks. We would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Excellent service. After reading the reviews on AL, I called Darrell. No waiting for an appointment! He was nearby and came to my house within 20 minutes. He understood exactly what I wanted and was done in about a half hour. Both Darrell and his helper were very personable and answered all my questions. Will definitely call Darrell next time I need a locksmith.

Darrell was professional, flexible in coming so quickly, thorough, pleasant, explained what he was doing, explained the difference between a regular deadbolt lock and a two sided deadbolt lock, let me know that he was giving me a break on the price of the two 2-sided deadbolt locks, and charged reasonable parts and labor prices. I can now lock and unlock the front door with ease. I no longer have to go contortions to turn to key and pull the door handle simultaneously in just the right way and sequence to lock and unlock the door.

"[Member Name Removed] can you please give me a call to resolve this issue.we did do a lot of work at your home re keying of 18 locks,(installing 3 new digital deadbolt locks and programing) Drilling 4 doors so the new locks would fit when you said the price was a little to high i did give you $30.00 off the price you seemed to be okay with that we where on your job for about 3 Hours.Thank You Darrell"

I called at 1:20 to ask if they could do our work, and by 4:00 the job was complete!!
Darrell sent Keith, who was just as polite, considerate and prompt as could be.
He did a great job putting in a new deadbolt, which we added to the list at the last minute.
He changed out the other lock with new keys, and fixed a problem that we didn't even know about.
Great experience.

Darell was professional and knowledgeable especially when asked to install a particular lock on the sliding glass doors.
He returned to replace one of the locks that had been temporarily out of stock just as he said that he would. I would recommend him to anyone with lock issues.
