Very happy with the quality of the work done, but the tech was unable to finish the job the first day and I was charged $1500. He told me he would have to come back to finish hooking up the faucet in the bathroom (Which I supplied) and it should only take about an hour. Well, he completed the work and did it when no one was there and I got charged $670 for 3 1/2 hrs of work and $91 in materials. I called to ask why so high and all I got was an itemized list of what was done. The person of the phone with me was very short and rude. There are so many other plumber companies out there I would not recommend this one at all. I have warned you. Try someone else!!

From the first day this man, the owner Daniel, was so condescending and overbearing and outright annoying.  He acted as if I worked for HIM not the other way around.  He had a hot water heater installed BEFORE I EVEN AGREED to the bid ! And continued to combine services contracted by the association with services I HAD NOT YET agreed to do and without a signed agreement.  He just bulldozed in.  After several disagreements about the job I asked him to just complete the work for the association and not to continue on any work on my behalf.  His worker THEN insisted I sign the former proposal (like a fool I did)  as the worker was a nice young man and feared he would be in trouble (foolish me, a mom)    I just told Daniel to please finish up and leave, not to do any work for me.   He became  mean and vindictive.  His wife, the office manager was just as bad.  SO unprofessional.  He had the nerve to then ENTER MY HOME WITHOUT PERMISSION, by telling a condo board member to enter with him stating that he needed to have an inspection.  He lied, he brought an county code inspector into my home, unauthorized, lied to the condo association, and began his vindictive attempt to cause major problems.  What kind of SOB does this because his ego is so frail?   KARMA, I would strongly state DON"T EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY....our condo association won't, and I surely won't.

Our experience with them was very good overall. There really wasn't anything that we disliked. This was the second plumber that we paid to do the job so really the price was fine, but I paid for it twice.

Well I did a "DUH" and knew it as soon as I flushed that old pot roast down the toilet. Called them and they came out on a Saturday and just charged me the regular rate. They had replaced ALL my plumbing when I started having leaks under the house. They reran the entire system from the meter to all the sinks showers and toilets. The cost was $4500.00 wish was just 1000.00 more than another company wanted to just redo the kitchen where the first leak formed. Danials came in discovered other leaks and had the job done in 2 days. I highly recommend them!

Water heater installed and working great. No leaks and no problems. Job site cleaned up and old unit hauled away.

The owner does the work by himself and doesn't have any workers. His wife runs the business aspect of it but he is just absolutely phenomenal. He is always on time and does perfect work. He is very polite and gives a detailed invoice each time. I like his honesty, integrity and professionalism. My overall experience with him has been excellent.

I used the phone book to find a plumber. They are good plumbers but over priced. They are difficult to work with when it comes to scheduling. They promised things they did not deliver. The office help is very unfriendly.
