He was very prompt and personable. It took 2 1/2 days for carpets to dry, not happy with that. A stain appeared when he was done. I'm still working on getting it out. It only took him around 2 1/2 hours to do. Should have known it was too fast a job. It always took me longer when I did it myself. After 3 weeks traffic pattern has returned and we take our shoes off when we come in the house.
