Cure Water Damage

We are pleased with them and we highly recommend them.

We called Cure on Labor Day, Sept. 1st, for emergency service when we noticed our hot water heater was leaking pretty bad and by the time we noticed, it had seeped through three walls into two bedrooms and the bathroom. The wood laminate had water seeping through the cracks. Bernie, from Cure, came out about two hours after we called and brought in four fans and a dehumidifier. He came back on the 3rd to pull up the wood laminate flooring and repositioned the fans to dry the walls and cement. He checked moisture levels on the walls and in the air on both days and came back on the 5th as well. Bernie could not make it back to pick up the items on that Friday or Monday so he called and we left the items out in front of our home for him to pick up on Tuesday. Bernie gave us his personal cell phone number and submitted the bill to our insurance company. He also was nice enough to explain everything he was doing and even stayed a little late to meet with our property maintenance company to ensure they took out the needed drywall (we live in a condo so drywall was not my insurance company's problem) as they had been hesitant to do anything about the mold forming. Bernie arrived later than scheduled a few times but called me each time to let me know he was running late.

WE DID NOT END UP USING HIS SERVICES, BUT WE APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY.

The plumbing company called CURE for me after being called to repair a behind the wall leak. Unfortunately for us, we did not realize we had the leak until 3 days after it had begun as we went out of town for the weekend. In the meantime the leak had saturated the wall and carpeting in my living room. Jonathan from CURE was there in about 20 minutes from the time of the call. When he came back two days later to get the driers and dehumidifier he had installed, the carpet was still wet from a second leak in the same area. Once the second leak was stopped, he again did the water extraction and set up additional driers and a larger dehumidifier. In two days there was no evidence of ever having water in the house. My carpet and padding are like new and the wall was dry enough to repair the hole created by the plumbers. I could not be more pleased with the service and efficiency of this company and would recommend them highly even though it was fairly expensive, they are worth it!

He was informative and knowledgeable of what needed to be done.

Bernie was an absolute delight to deal with throughout this project. The response to our emergency call at 9:30 p.m. was prompt and courteous. He worked on saving our carpet, newly installed bathroom cabinets and when he was done all we had to replace was the carpet padding. I would definitely use this company again and have recommended them to all my friends. Thank you Bernie for all your hard work, we greatly appreciated it.

Alex was very pleasant, worked hard, came right over, and returned for follow-up promptly when he said he would. The price was our estimated insurance deductible.

He did it all himself, even moving furniture and expensive crystal without any problem. The price was very reasonable.

Alex, from The Cure, came in on a Wednesday night within half an hour after I called. He was extremely efficient, installed his drying equipment that night, checked on it each day after the next two days and on the following Tuesday, even though I was out of town. He arranged to meet a friend of mine (who had a house key) in my house to check the damage again and remove his drying equipment. I found the service to be outstanding and very reasonably priced considering the length of time the drying consumed.

WHEN I CALLED, THERE WAS A VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL PERSON ON THE LINE AT 3AM!! A TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPTLY DISPATCHED. HE WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT, HELPFUL, AND PROFESSIONAL. HIS SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO APPROACH THE PROBLEM WERE RIGHT ON TARGET, AND MY INSURANCE ADJUSTOR SAID THAT IT WAS DIRECTLY DUE TO HIS SUGGESTIONS THAT MY CABINETRY AND WALLS WERE SAVED. EXCELLENT SERVICE. HOPE I NEVER NEED THEM AGAIN, BUT IF I DO, I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO CALL.

THE COMPANY SENT 'ALEX'. HE WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND VERY INFORMATIVE FOR OUR NEEDS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CURE WATER DAMAGE (IN PARTICULAR 'ALEX').
