All went well at the start but at the end it turned out that the crew took off and threw away my gutter guards and did not replace them. I have sent many emails and texts and made phone calls. It is a year now and still no gutter guards . I can no longer even get a response!! If they are still in business, I would stay away. Tom

From the start it was great - good communication, getting on their schedule to meet insurance requirement in a timely manner and we were kept up to date on the progress - including photos. When it was completed my renter informed me that the workers had taken off the gutter guards that were in place, thrown them in their dumpster but did not replace them. I contacted the owner right away and he told me he would check it out and have them replaced.I paid the bill and waited and waited for the gutter guards. There were many calls. emails and texts with Mike, the owner but there ended up being no follow through on his part. Now I cannot get a response to any communication and the gutter guards have not been replaced. The gutters are filled with debris and I am afraid the water backup may start damaging the roof. Company has closed now

From the day of my first contact, Michael Cuff was very cooperative and only responded to my texts. He gave me all the information I requested and was prompt in his responses. He was onsite every day of the work on the replacement of our roof. I was updated of the progress by text, email and phone. He also sent photos of the work as it was done. He was also willing to do some extra things as they were needed to complete the work.The final product looks great ! I can't say enough about how great it was working with CUFF ROOFING. Thanks Mike

In my line of work I have worked alongside multiple roofing company’s, I am writing this review because Michael Cuff and Cuff Roofing stood out as an outstanding example of a business ran in an honest and efficient way, which is more rare in Florida than it ever has been. Everyone that I had the chance to meet was punctual, professional, very hardworking and on the ball. The work completed, I saw first hand, was done in a very timely manner and just very well done. I am very impressed with this company and am writing this review because I think they deserve to be recognized.

Had a problem with my roof and had Mike come out and talk to me about it. Within a week he and his crew were out replacing my roof. His whole crew were friendly and professional. I had talked to two other highly recommended roofers but Mike had it all together and was able to get the job done in a timely matter. He even came back a couple weeks later and checked up on the roof and us. That’s going above and beyond!

I hired Cuff Roofing for a Shingle Roof Install and their team was beyond professional. We are so happy with our new roof! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof!
