Cozy Professional Cleaning Services

We've been using Cozy for about  5 years now.  We generally get the same crew each time.  The crew is friendly and does an excellent job cleaning our home.  They bring their own supplies, are very thorough and are happy to handle special request like cleaning inside the refrigerator.  Because we are seasonal residents we do not have a recurring cleaning schedule and must call to schedule cleanings.  That is the only weak link in the chain.  The owner of the company handles scheduling calls and while she is extremely pleasant to deal with, trying to get hold of her is a cumbersome process.  You must first navigate a clunky automated respnse system just to be able to leave a voicemail requesting a call back.  On a few occasions we have had to call several times in order to speak to the owner for scheduling.  Scheduling issues aside, we are very happy with the service we receive in our home and feel comfortable leaving the team in our home unattended.

I have been using their service for around three years. They do a very good job. The come to clean the house every Friday morning. I am usually here to let them in but they are flexible with their scheduling.

They are prompt, thourough, and friendly.
