Repair Meile Dishwasher - NOT repaired at ALL - new plumbing problems created by their attempt to repair
So-they come out three times and all three times I had a a dishwasher full of clean dishes that were just drying and dried...and they run it to test it WITH my clean dishes in it. Not once did they ask me if I want to remove my clean dishes because they are going to run it to test it.
Then they take my kitchen apart each time and never know what they are doing.
I am stuck with them because of home warranty purchased at closing and they know it.
This started before Easter and they have been out three times. They CANNOT repair the $2,000 dishwasher but want to bill my home warranty for EIGHT HOURS!!! Then owner and quot;Rockyand quot; hangs up on me even when there is no issue and before I determined he is a s***** bag who I dont like.
In fact he hangs up early in the game!!! If he gets too many calls--he can see who they are from and he will hang up before he even answers. Then, he will call TWO DAYS LATER acting like they have been TRYING to get a hold of you. [Lie]
So my home warranty promises a NEW appliance if it cannot be fixed. Mine is ten years old and cannot be fixed. But and quot;ROCKYand quot; plays God and says he wont approve that. But he WILL approve his billing for HOURS and HOURS to fix something that cannot be fixed...and drag you on FOUR WEEKS and even make sure other plumbing is NOT hook back up right (if your mad) so then you have something to be very mad about. A NEW problem! Plumbing that wont work under sink due to dishwasher they put back in wrong--that wont work anyways. He is a CON ARTIST of the highest order.
FRAUD: His tech admited day one - they coudl not figure out problem. BUT They tell warranty company they need a PART from GERMANY and there is NO GERMANY and there is NO PART. They do this the next two visits--attempting to bring a few parts from NEW JERSEY they knew were not going to fix this issue and parts probably from some other job.
Then they TEAR MY KITCHEN apart to make FRAUD not look like FRAUD....and always leave with no difference - and still broken dishwasher and NOW related plumbing not working (my hot water tap) [second time they did not plug that back in and it is BEHIND the dishwasher] and I would rather die than call them again.

They were very good and very prompt. They came back a second time and didn't charge me.

They did it again! Outstanding work by a knowledgeable, reliable service technician. We LOVE Cooper Appliances!

1. ORHP dispatched them, Cooper Appliances called us to schedule within a reasonable amount of time
2. They showed up when they were supposed to, and diagnosed the problem quickly

1. The tech was very good, fast, and responsive; he communicated with us every step of the way

Give these guys a call ... we're glad they were assigned to do our repair, and we think you'll like them too!

1. **This service was covered by Old Republic Home Protection, so the cost (less the $75 deductible) was covered by our plan.**

1. They called promptly after receiving service request from ORHP and scheduled a service call to fit my busy schedule
2. Dispatch at their office called the day before to confirm and set the time (a window of ~2.5 hours)
3. The service professional showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and performed the repair quickly (he even had the part with him on the truck!)
4. He explained everything, and was out the door within a very reasonable amount of time

We'll absolutely call this company in the future!
