The service is adequate. The customer service is abominable. The installation was in our 2d home. We requested that the bills be sent to our primary residence. Despite about 12-20 telephone calls they never sent us a bill to either residence or to any e-mail address. What they did do was to email threats to cut off service if the unreceived bill was not paid. Each month I paid by phone, complained and requested bills. That never occurred until early in 2016. When we finally received our first copy of the September bill for installation it was totally incomprehensible. It billed for over $1300.00 for pieces installed, but most of those pieces were not identified other than as a package. One piece separately identified was not installed. They have refused to give us a list of what they are billing for as installed pieces, the cost per item and the labor per item. We reported them to the Better Business Bureau but that entity appears to be a captive of the businesses. The Bureau so far exchanged communications and now seems to have closed the file with absolutely o action.
