We met Brooke through her on-line website which provided a wealth of information about the type, location, and market condition of homes in the Sarasota area. At the time, we were living and working in Northern Virginia and planning to retire and relocate to Florida.



Brooke was very attentive and responsive to our inquiries as we took many house-hunting trips to Sarasota over a period of about 3 years. She always filled our time showing us listings in many areas to hone our interest and find the specific area we wanted. We were impressed with Brooke's patience and ability to continue finding us houses of interest. She would preview the houses and send us pictures and videos that she personally took.



 On our last house hunting trip, we came to see two specific houses. When we arrived, Brooke informed us that both houses had recently gone off the market. One because the owner changed her mind wanted to keep it, renovate it and rent it out; and the other, because there had been contract on it the previous day. Brooke did, however, have other listings to show us.



Disappointed, we resigned ourselves to returning to Virginia and continue our search. Just prior to our departure, Brooke phoned to say that the contract had fallen through on one of the houses we were interested in, and it was again available. We went to see it, loved it, and placed an offer on it just before we flew back to Virginia. That is the house we purchased and are now living in.



Brooke helped us with recommendations of reliable contractors, to make some of the renovation and maintenance projects we did.



We consider Brooke our friend and still stay in touch.
