Everything went great. The design process was amazing with their 3D application. Austin was so helpful and very proficient with the app. Installation went beautifully. We shopped around and are very pleased we chose Closet Tec.

Closet Tec installed shelves and drawers in our walk-in closet when we first moved into our home. Eventually we decided to put doors to cover the shelves to improve appearance and keep the dust out. They did an excellent job, on time and for a reasonable price.

Marc was amazing as a designer and helped us recognize the type of space we wanted. We worked with him first to design shelves and storage space in 2 closets. Then we decided to have the guest room converted to office space with built ins and a wall bed. We never felt rushed and he listened and designed a space we are very happy with. He was extremely easy to work with and made changes as the design evolved. He helped us select the materials we wanted (Marc even helped me select paint color for the room) so we got the "beachy look" we wanted. The installers were all very Professional and courteous. The closet installations were done in one day and the installers were very tidy. We had a couple of hiccups with the installation of the wall bed but they returned and fixed the issues we had. They guarantee the work they do and are a local company so we recommend them.

Although we waited a few weeks, the project was started and completed on time and the finished project is beautiful. Dell and his team were professional, friendly, conscientious and arrived on time everyday. We will be returning to Wallace soon to have our closets completed in our new home.

Fabulous, from start to finish! They were extremely helpful in the design aspect, came out to look at the space & discuss, & clearly understood my needs. The designs were very reasonably priced. We made a few small tweaks & we were good to go. Installation was terrific - professional & punctual. They kept me informed every step of the way. They didn't have one of the correct size wire basket when they arrived, but they quickly called me to get that remedied. All in all, one of the best contractors I've worked with. Highly recommend them!

The consultant, Meg, came to our home. She measured our closet. We discussed our needs and she asked pertinent questions. She had samples of the various cabinet faces and drawer pulls. After the computer generated plans were done, we reviewed them again. A date was set for the work. The installers arrived on time. The work was done professionally an we are quite pleased with the results.

Well. We met with Jeff to design the closets and pantry. He was extremely professional and personable. He showed us the various materials and colors available and helped us design each closet and the pantry. Once we agreed on a design, we made a down payment of half the total. The installers arrived precisely when they said they would, work for two and one-half days on the installation. The pantry was good. One of the hampers in the closets was not installed right, but I didn't need to point it out. The installer identified the problem and ordered another door. About two weeks later, another installer arrived to replace that door. He also made a few adjustments I identified were needed as I used the closets. All in all, Closet Tec was very responsive and did not collect the balance until all the work was completed. I would recommend them if you need to have your closets finished.

I must admit that I had several companies give estimates. I struggled with making a decision until I decided to visit the showrooms. There are so many options and colors offered. Once I saw the products I knew Closet Tec was the best product for me. They never pushed me to make a quick decision, but always responded promptly to my questions. They delivered exactly as promised. I would recommend them without hesitation. They were neither the most or least expensive estimate I received.

Really well. Closet Tec is excellent. Their designer Jeff worked with us in finalizing the design, and was very creative and knowledgable. The installers were very professional, and the materials were first rate. Everyone was very punctual. I would highly recommend Closet Tec. While they were a little pricier than another design firm we consulted, their quality more than makes up for it.

Absolute perfection and beautiful! Would very highly recommend them. Their designs and workmanship were superior to the others who submitted bids. Their workers are highly skilled. The owner, Wallace Smith, designed the work for our irregularly shaped closets, maximized the space and now look bigger.

We moved from the northeast where our home had a large basement for storage to Florida where our home was on a slab. This left my closets and garage a cluttered mess until Closet Tec designed our closet and storage needs. The drawers, shelves, bins, cabinets, and pantry have top quality construction and have even given excess storage space in previously cluttered spaces. Closet Tec was professional and very flexible in dealing with last minute requests, even up to the day of installation! The installers were eager to please and reviewed all completed work to insure our satisfaction before they left. This was a wonderful experience that we enjoy every day in our home. We now have neat, organized closets, office space, and garage! Fantastic job!

I recently purchased a new house and hired several contractors. Closet Tec were the only ones that performed the job on time and correctly. Day one they installed my closet organizer and day two was the garage organizer. Both were perfect! The two workers who did the installation were fast, professional, and cleaned up when they left. -Saleman was warm, friendly and VERY informative, answered all questions in detail, very knowledgeable about this and all competitive dealers. Got an appointment to come see job and do plans. Plans were very detailed and easily fixed where I wanted changes
-Showroom was great, all staff very friendly and helpful. Detailed explanations of everything and didn't try to over-sell me what I didn't need or want
-Though I had to wait a little longer than I had hoped for installation (VERY popular company...and very well deserved) - they were punctual, respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves and did an awesome job!! Everything was beautiful and just as shown in design, if not better looking in person!
I would recommend them to anyone - my favorite work done in my new home!!

We recently used Closet Tec to install two walk-in closets in our master bedroom area. We were very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them. The designer had very good suggestions and came up with excellent plans. The installers also did excellent work and were neat and clean. We would definitely use them again.
