Great. I texted on Sunday to set up an appointment for Monday. Got a call back immediately wanting to know if we had an emergency and needed service asap. Alex came out exactly on time. Confirmed the time earlier in the day. Went up on the roof to snake the drain line. Found several items in the drain line that were removed. We are new to Florida and previously used aqua pluming (referred by realtor) for the same problem. They had to came out twice within 7 days....and never fully fixed the problem. And wanted to charge me for the second call even though they never fixed the problem. They avoided going on the roof to properly snake the pipe. Alex didn't hesitate to snake from the roof. Said it was the only way to do it right. And he solved the issue. Very very nice guy. Would highly recommend.

Alejandro was wonderful. He was there promptly and was able to clear drain. it took more work then we expected but he charged the same price as quoted. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors.

I have currently employed the plumbing services of "CLOGGED DRAIN SOLUTIONS" on three occasions and have been very satisfied each time with the professionalism of Mr. Alex Ventura (the owner). I am in the real estate business and have over the years employed many plumbers and Mr. Ventura is the best of those. He offers suggestions/options and provides detailed answers to all of my questions. You feel that he thinks problems thru and does not rush a job in order to finish quickly and get paid. I would highly recommend 'CLOGGED DRAIN SOLUTIONS" to all Angie's List members.
