He was thorough and attentive from our first visit on, helping us select everything from flooring to lanai pavers to appliances. We watched houses being built in our neighborhood by a different, national builder and there was no comparison. While the national builder had different teams and managers on their sites every time we looked, Duane was on the premises at our address and involved in every aspect of the design and construction. He has remained available for calls and questions a year after the house was completed and has been prompt about repairing the small punch list of items that have cropped up. The only reason we gave Classics by Clayton a "B" rating on price is that someone else might have built the house for less. That said, you get what you pay for and we paid for a wonderful new home. In addition, we now count Duane Clayton among our friends.
