"I hate to hear that you were unhappy with the work performed on the design of your Condo. While we didn't do anything flooring related...I would be more than happy to discuss your dissatisfaction with you. I know there were some issues with your move and your movers and such and some items you were unable to find that you wanted to use in your new condo and we spent some time looking for those to repurchase...and unfortunately, after much searching found they were discontinued. We did a lot in a short period of time and I know there were some adjustments for you moving from your large home to your condo...which we tried to do our best to help you adjust, including that dreaded closet shelving that collapsed and we stopped mid-project to get you a company to help you out with a new system. Our shopping trips that you seemed to enjoy and the selection process seemed to go seamlessly..... Again, I would love to discuss your dissatisfaction with you and am here at your convience.
