We have used this service in the past, and continued to do so out of
convenience this year.  Unfortunately, I did not check Angie's List for
ratings before deciding to do so.  The quality of service has bottomed
out of this company, as far as I'm concerned.

After multiple attempts to fix a faulty HVAC system the warranty company recommended a replacement of furnace and both compressors outside. The downstairs compressor worked great but upstairs required 4 more repairs to get working properly. In addition to lack of attention to work the company did not work with schedule and on numerous occasions I missed them due to incorrect times or repair people leaving before the window. If you have all day to sit around for them and willing to be subject to their schedule they're ok.

The company was to come out and look at the pool equipment to see if it was something they could repair. Instead, they just repaired a filter but did not correct the original problem. They came out several times and each time something else went wrong or was not repaired. When it was brought to the attention of the manager all he kept  saying was ok. On one occasion, due to the tech not tightening some bolts and not correctly fixing an issue, we were unable to run our pool filter during a freeze. No one would come out to fix it until the next business day which resulted in the salt generator freezing and cracking. The company would not own up nor take responsiblty for their mistake. We did request a refund of the cost of the repair and they only covered 160.00 of a repair/replacement of over 500.00. One tech made the comment that they have to come from Dallas. Well the company in Dallas sure did not have an issue with taking our money from Fort Worth. If they do not want to come to Fort Worth from Dallas then why accept the contract? Very disappointed in this company. Very poor communication skills and customer service. We will not renew with them and I am sharing my story with my neighbors, friends and family.

Our realtor recommended them to us. Couple of things broke in the house, I called them and they came and fixed it.

This experience was very frustrating.  The first technician that came to do the work thought the problem was one thing, but it turned out to be something else.  The second technician was very good and he is apparently the only one with the depth of knowledge that he has.  I tried to request him for every service call but that was not the result.  Other technicians would have to call him for advice.  I ended up having to pay extra for 'uncovered' repairs, which was acceptable; the unacceptable part was having to set up multiple calls to accurately diagnose and fix the problem.

They are fabulous. Everything in my house is covered. I have used them for ice maker, refrigerator, air conditioner, plumbing items, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher. They are quick and efficient. They usually will get things completed within one visit as long as they don't have to order a part. They are always spot on. I am impressed. Cost reflects approximate annual cost.

We had a yearly contract with them on our appliances and plumbing, including the electrical and air conditioning unit. It was $120 a year plus a $35 service call. The product seemed to be very good because we haven't had any problems with the seal since the service.
