Broun & Company Realty

We had first used Broun and Company to purchase our first Florida home in Bradenton FL in May of 2009.  Through her efforts, she searched through the vast number of houses on the market to find us a really great home.  
Needless to say that when my brother and his wife decided to move to Florida in the fall of 2011, I referred them to Terri Broun. She spent countless hours with them and for them over several months, until she found them a great house that they are very happy with.  She clearly had their best interest at heart.  
So when we decided that we needed a larger home, she again came through for us with a great home in Lakewood Ranch. Since we didn't want to put our existing home up for sale until we found something we liked better, once we found the right house we needed to get our home sold soon.  Terri did a comparative market analysis and told us what our house should sell for.  We took her advice and listed the home for about $1000.00 over her estimate because we trusted her judgement.  The house was listed on a Thursday evening, shown three times on Friday and we received two offers on Saturday morning.  The offer we accepted was just slightly over the asking price.  Now I need to say that our house was in great condition and move in condition.
