They did an excellent job. Bathroom met all of our expectations. They came in on budget and on time.

Overall, very high quality construction, house came out beautifully. Excellent finish, especially complex foundation work, carpentry, framing, carpentry and painting. Brista hired sub contractors to do the work, and they were overall talented, skilled, knowledgeable and competent. Only complaint - Some subs did not thoroughly check their work, so the punch list after completion took a year to compile and take care of.  But Brista (Mark Ursini personally)  was on top of the list until all was completed to satisfaction. Mark was also instrumental in working with Florida Green Building Council to get the house certified platinum.
 
Good Subs - Amick Roofing (Metal Roof); Tri-County Air Conditioning; Coast to Coast Pools, Westbay Engineering, Palmer Land Surveying, Big Brush Painting and Carpentry (David Wright); Rodney Treat LLC (Carpentry);Regions Solar; Home Team Pest Defense; Safehouse Security. 
Not To My Expectations - The Plumbing Connection, PGT Windows, Universal Windows and Doors.
No problems were major. Even those below expectations overall did a decent and competent job, but could have been better if they had checked their work.

Excellent. Construction Process required extensive State-County-City approvals and oversight (required +30' of reinforced concrete pilings under and above ground). Construction took approximately 18 months. It is on an infill lot on Lido Key; Neighbors were very complementary about Mark's attention to detail and consideration of their comfort and safety during construction period, minimizing disruption. Quality of sub-contractors was great, Mark optimized costs where possible. Mark has extensive custom building experience, but personally supervises the work and cares about the result. I would recommend and hire him again without hesitation.
