Their Communication skills were excellent. They had redone the entire roof for us in about 12 hours in one day. They will be coming back to complete the gutter job soon. They Kept us updated as the project was being done.

For the amount I paid, I thought they would clean at least some of the mess they made. They were also slow to schedule the actual cleaning. The gutters are clean and functioning properly after they came out, thats a positive.

We were very happy with the new gutters and downspouts installed by Bone Dry. Their recommendations to use a wider gutter has helped tremendously.

I hired them to put fascia and gutters on my home. The salesperson was very nice, the workers worked really hard, but they didn't pay attention to detail. I'm waiting for them to come back and do the job right. I also have often been unable to get anyone to answer the phone or return the messages I leave. Their title has roofing in it. Maybe that is where they excel. If you need gutters or fascia, keep looking.

I needed my gutters cleaned and they did it quickly and were the best price. When they were here they told me that I needed counter flashing on the chimney, but I was skeptical. When I sold my house the inspection said I did indeed need the flashing. They were spot on and if I need a roof repair in the future I would use them. I value honesty and they earned my trust.

Andy was very helpful every step of the process, and was very quick at getting back with me on any questions that I had. I felt like I was their number one priority and they did a great job. He was also very honest with me telling me my options on my roof repair/replacement and helped me make the smartest decision for my house instead of just pushing more work to drive up the price.
