We just had a new roof installed by Bone Dry Roofing. They did a fantastic job. They were very polite and professional. Each day they posted videos and photos of their progress. They left no mess and did a thorough clean-up after each day and when they finished. All were very accommodating to any of our concerns. Pat Ormsbee with Bone Dry Roofing is fantastic! He arrived on time and provided a courtesy call 15 minutes in advance of thoroughly inspected our roof and attic. He was very polite and provided detailed feedback in layman’s terms. He also provided drone shots and an inspection video via email immediately following inspection. Christina was also very pleasant while scheduling and confirming the roof inspection appointment. Bone Dry Roofing is exceedingly professional. Highly recommend!

I had contracted with two other licensed roofing contractors and continued to have a leak. Both had made quick fix patches that were very profitable to their companies, but did nothing to improve our situation. Bone Dry Roofing came in and tore out the inferior patches and replaced the membrane theway it should have been done the other two times. Our home was only 8 years old, County inspected but started leaking after the one year builder warranty Medallian Homes gave for the new home. I just wish my builder would have been concerned enough to have hired someone like Bone Dry Roofing in the beginning. As a former contractor, I appreciated the professional quality Bone Dry provided and getting my leak finally fixed right.

Great job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Just in time for the great deluge that came a day or two later! No leaking .

I posted this project and was able to get a quote almost immediately. A Mr.McKinney handled my quote and actually found a better option at a better price than what I had originally asked for. I thought it would be cheaper to make a parking spot with concrete pavers, but he informed me that a concrete pad would not only be less expensive, but would overall last longer. And now only one week later, we have our pad. The crew sent regular text updates so I could keep an eye on the project while I was at work, which I really appreciate.

We hired them for a new gutter but in the middle of the project they almost doubled the price. Was very upset. The person who came out looked and measured and was able to see everything but in the middle of installation the price was almost doubled. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

Hired them to repair my leaking boot flashing. The repair was done promptly and professionally - no more leaks and it's probably the best boot this roof has ever had. Very pleased with the work

Bone Dry was the second service pro member that responded to my service request. The first company did not go on the roof, but stated a price. When I said I had another company the following day to provide an estimate, he offered a $250 reduction. Bone Dry did go on the roof, provided pictures of what was found and an a rational for the charges. They were respectful and considerate of my needs and did excellent and timely work.

Had several leaks in my roof. Bone dry fixed them all and took care of a couple of potential problems as well. I like them so much recommended them to my daughter and my parents who both hired them for repairs and are also very happy with the results and the cost.

There were several glitches in the scheduling process. Initial estimate of two to three weeks turned into more than five weeks. After the second scheduled date, no one showed and no one called for an additional 2 days. Wen performed, work was of good quality and efficient.

When replacing gutter the old facia was pulled away from the house and new gutter installed without ensuring the facia was cleaned and firmly attached. Had to have them return to do so.
