This one is a doozy folk. Hired this company two years or so ago to make small repairs on my soffits. Which they did. But listen up. I signed a contract in 2022 soon after Ian last October for destroyed soffits and gutters. They were to start before Thanksgiving. Did not show blaming the storm on the other side of the state. Said they d be there the following week. Did not show. Several weeks went by and they did not show up after saying again it would be the following week. Finally, in early January, they show up, totally unprepared to work on a three-story house. Said they would return the next week. They had a lift delivered that would barely fit down our driveway let alone on either side of our house. The two clueless workers said they would be back the next week properly prepared to work. Over two weeks go by and after multiple phone calls a different pair shows up also totally unprepared to do the job. They too said they would come back the following week with a usable lift this time. Indeed a week or two later another lift was to be dropped off and sure enough, it was the same gol durn lift they had delivered the first time. WTF! How stupidly incompetent can one company be? Finally, they said they were ordering scaffolding to do the job. Well Duh! It is already the second week in March and they have yet to do the job, apologies, or communicate in any way. Unless your job is a simple job that a third grader could coordinate do not let them close to your property.

Jorge, the worker who did our job, worked very hard despite the heat, did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished.

Bone Dry associates are professional and confident of their craft. Other roofers weren't sure they could do the job, but Bone Dry did excellent work. Good communication and a detailed quote. Will recommend highly to my neighbors.

I dealt with Edgar Cordova and his assistant who demonstrated their dedication to a job well done on time. Great communication skills from all involved. They even corrected a problem they discovered during installation at no additional charge.I would recommend them to anybody.

I posted this project and was able to get a quote almost immediately. A Mr.McKinney handled my quote and actually found a better option at a better price than what I had originally asked for. I thought it would be cheaper to make a parking spot with concrete pavers, but he informed me that a concrete pad would not only be less expensive, but would overall last longer. And now only one week later, we have our pad. The crew sent regular text updates so I could keep an eye on the project while I was at work, which I really appreciate.

We hired them for a new gutter but in the middle of the project they almost doubled the price. Was very upset. The person who came out looked and measured and was able to see everything but in the middle of installation the price was almost doubled. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

Hired them to repair my leaking boot flashing. The repair was done promptly and professionally - no more leaks and it's probably the best boot this roof has ever had. Very pleased with the work

Bone Dry was the second service pro member that responded to my service request. The first company did not go on the roof, but stated a price. When I said I had another company the following day to provide an estimate, he offered a $250 reduction. Bone Dry did go on the roof, provided pictures of what was found and an a rational for the charges. They were respectful and considerate of my needs and did excellent and timely work.

Had several leaks in my roof. Bone dry fixed them all and took care of a couple of potential problems as well. I like them so much recommended them to my daughter and my parents who both hired them for repairs and are also very happy with the results and the cost.

There were several glitches in the scheduling process. Initial estimate of two to three weeks turned into more than five weeks. After the second scheduled date, no one showed and no one called for an additional 2 days. Wen performed, work was of good quality and efficient.

When replacing gutter the old facia was pulled away from the house and new gutter installed without ensuring the facia was cleaned and firmly attached. Had to have them return to do so.

The did a few repairs and put new flashing on the chimney. Great work and reasonable. This is the only Roofing Company I will use/recommend in Indiana.
