They had a job canceled in front of me and called to see if they come out the next day and remove the old roof and install a new one. I was okay with this. They showed in the morning about 8:15am and were completely done by 12:30pm, counting a compete cleanup. The supervisor sent several pictures from the roof as the crew was working and told me what was going in. Very creative. Would highly recommend this company

During roof repair, workmen texted several pictures and videos of the work in progress. Highly professional. During initial visit, Bone Dry rep installed a temporary fix in three different problem spots at no cost and with no obligation.

Several months after the roof repair a major rain storm showed that the leaky roof was not properly repaired. I made many calls and after several bone dry days techs came and examined their own work. After a water test they told me they would come and fix the problem and repair the now sagging ceiling in the bedroom from the leak. They never came and I'm tired of calling.

The workers were very nice and professional. They were very quick but the quality was excellent!

Very professional. Finished in one day. Ten people working on the job site. Cleaned up everything and hauled it away. Had a video of the progress and the finished work to show us.

This was an insurance job, but they did everything that was expected of them. I would recommend them to everyone.

Thorough explanation of process with accompanying texts and pictures of work progression. Easy to communicate with company. Work took 2 to 211/2 hours and was completed. The contract indicated it might take a return visit after concrete hardened. Thus the original bid made sense. For a 2 to 21/2 hour job, the bid was high. However, I am pleased with the repair of patio paver steps.

The customer service sold me on this company. They were able to meet our needs at this phase of our projects in a timely manner. Exceptional service overall! As we go forward with our plans we will definitely give them a call.
