We bought this home as a foreclosure and it had not been occupied for 4 years. We purchased it knowing that the AC system needed to be replaced. Noel, came out before we had even put an offer in on the home to give us an estimate of what we would be looking at to replace the system. The pricing for this excellent system was fantastic!!! But even more so, I was ultra pleased with the responsiveness of Noel to any questions I have had...he has given us several excellent referrals too. My experience with FL contractors (we live out of state) is that they are very hard to get in contact with and it is hit or miss if you will ever hear back from them...That is not the case with Noel... Additionally, there was a minor issue with the system after it was installed and the team came back right away and took care of the problem.
