Al was super responsive and followed up. He did some hard and dirty work to clean out the inside of the dishwasher and make the repair that another repair company had simply abandoned. Great to work with!

He was very professional and always kept me informed about the progress of the repair and worked around my schedule when asked. Diagnosed the dishwasher control board problem, and returned to install new control board after we purchased the parts he told us were needed. Worked carefully to reassemble the machine, and stayed with us to be sure it was working. Al is very friendly and easy to work with too.
