I stopped by the shop to show them a picture of the arrangement. I had to speak with 3 personnel at the shop before finally having to explain it all over again to the coowner. I was told another flower arrangement would be sent out. That evening the other coowner called me at home to insist that the arrangement was beautiful but finally said he would send out another but that the recipient would have to pick it up at the flower shop. I called back leaving a message requesting that the replacement bouquet be delivered as it was part of the cost of my original order. The coowner then called me back leaving a message saying the original bouquet was beautiful and that he couldn't make me happy and that he would not replace the original arrangement and that I should find another flower shop. He did say he would return my payment. I had used a Beneva Flowers $10.00 coupon and paid $10.00 additional dollars to make the original bouquet extra special. I am questioning if Beneva Flowers passed the $10.00 on to the florist filling the order. I am very disappointed that my friends received such a disappointing holiday gift but more disappointed in the customer service from Beneva Flowers.

Just like this case, the design was exactly what what (member name removed) asked for. (member name removed) complained and I personally tried to see what was wrong. But just like there is not a Co Owner and never has been, (member name removed) has over looked this. Bouquets are very challenging to photograph. People take pictures and depending on what angle they are taken is what the result may be. I personally did all I could and saw nothing wrong and still refunded her entire amount. I am just not sure what more I could have done and question why we deserve a comment like this. We try our very best with every customer and I am always available to any customer. We understand shoppers have many choices when ordering flowers but at Beneva you can cound on personal attention as well as ownership always available when you need us. - Arthur Conforti"

My parents are still raving about the arrangement that was delivered.... how pretty it was and how good it smelled. They said several visitors and the staff commented on how nice it was. In all, I'd say it was exactly what I requested.

I had flowers sent for my mothers birthday and my brothers wedding. They both said the flowers were absolutely beautiful. They both sent me pictures and I thought they were gorgeous. I was very pleased. Thank you Beneva Flowers and Gifts. You did a great job.

I order a plant which was delivered to a friend who is in nursing center for rehab. She received and said it was beautiful. Others who visited her told me it was very nice. Asked where I got. I did see as we were not in town.

I live in The Northeast, and my daughter-in-law resides in Sarasota, Florida. I wanted to send her flowers after a medical procedure and went to Angie's List to locate a florist. Beneva's website is excellent and easy to navigate. Several gift suggestions are included, so it is useful for gift giving in addition to the variety of floral arrangements available. Redeemable bonus points are awarded for your purchases. Ordering on line is easy, but I preferred to place the order with a person. I wanted assurance that the flowers ordered on the eighteenth of July would be delivered on the nineteenth. The gentleman was polite, helpful, and assuring. I understand that all went as expected.

After ordering a special gift for my nephew's 40th birthday, I was hoping that not only would it get there in time, but it would be something that would make my nephew very happy.The gift basket arrived in time and was everthing I had hoped for. If people voted them #1 florist, there was a reason. That helped in the decision.I asked for the owner and he was there and looked after everything as he promided he would.The staff was more than capable and professional. Never needed to go any further.This is a family operation that is committed to their business. They have all the samples you could ask for, and a beautiful store with many great ideas.DON'T get sucked into a proposal that is too good to be true. Things can go wrong, Beneva said they were available 24 hours and they were. You can't see that on a proposal.
