Badger Bob's answered my phone call, set up an appointment and Ryan, the technician, called before arriving at the scheduled time. The broken part had to be ordered but as soon as it came in, the service dept. called to set up another appointment for Ryan to come back and install the part. Once again he called first and arrived within the scheduled time frame. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quick service. I also received by email a verification of their license, insurance and background check of the technician. I will definitely use Badger Bob's again and would recommend them to anyone.

Rude serviceman
over charged for disposal. They installed a disposal of approximate $150 value and replaced a portion of
a hose between the disposal and the dishwasher. total cost $400.
Hose part researched with part number on google; cost $25
charged $90 for part
Refunded $40 upon complaint call.
I have used Badger Bob 's many times over years. They used to be upstanding and efficient.
