Great. I think have a bit more computer knowledge than the average home user, but when my Canon multi-function device failed to scan to my computer and all of the normal things I knew to check for (loose cable, file authorizations, router function, etc.) failed to solve the problem, I knew I needed professional help. I consider myself very lucky to have found B2B I.T. Solutions. Wayne first checked my computer and Canon device remotely to see if the problem could be identified and resolved that way (which would have been great). When it was clear he need to be onsite, Wayne came to my home in Sarasota the next day and was able to resolve the problem (which turned out to be caused by a combination of issues, including an interface protocol I had never heard of). He also found and removed some spyware on my machine (in spite of the antivirus I had been running) and a corrupted Windows update file which he fixed. Wayne was also helpful in letting me know what he was finding and in responding to my questions. He obviously brings a wealth of knowledge to the task of computer repair and maintenance. I enthusiastically recommend B2B to anyone needing first-class Sarasota computer repair.

Yeah! My computer is working really well.  I called B2B IT Solutions last year to work on my system.  They are a fantastic Sarasota computer repair company.  I called recently and they remoted into my system and I no longer have a problem and they didn't even charge me for it.  Really wonderful company.

I called my computer experts because I was having a computer problem.  They connected into the computer and discovered I had multiple problems.  My computer needed an upgrade.  They came out, picked up the computer.  When it came back the computer was upgraded.  It is fast and I am happy.  Great job and thank you.

These guys are great. I contacted them and they were very responsive. They spent time with me on the phone and actually pointed me in the correct direction on fixing the issue myself. I am very grateful. I have all of my data from my drive. They were willing to go out of their way for me. You can tell a good company from a bad company and this is definitely a good company to call. I now know of a company I can count on in the future.

Originally satisfied with service because of tutorial on 1st day 6/9--on 6/28 decided it was too expensive if add. costs and inability to have 24/7 service under my plan--called to terminate.B2BIT decreased my rebate by charging me full charge instead of discounted charge in the original signed contract.--Paid 726.50 and rebate was 154.45--19 days --Hard lesson--Buyer Beware

Wayne after evaluating the problems he had to take my computer back to the shop in order to repair it correctly.  He delivered it back and reloaded my programs. My computer was working fine.  It was repaired and Wayne was responsive and easy to understand.

Called and received same day service not expecting it the same day. Wayne showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable.  I sat down with Wayne for about 3.5 hours while he evaluated and worked through the issues we were having explaining the options and customizing the solution to our needs. He also got our wireless printer working wirelessly again at no additional charge. I really liked his approach and learned a lot during the visit. He took the time to explain things, offer his advice, customize the solutions, answer many questions and also offer follow up consultation. He also made me aware of free software solutions for needs of mine, offers good new computer pricing and even made friends with our dog. I will use him again and may involve him on a work project coming up.

There was no servicing work performed and this customer was not charged any money through SCR or B2B I.T. for the initial evaluation nor does our company see any money from Angie's List for this evaluation. This company is absolutely outstanding!  Wayne came out and worked with me for weeks to ensure that everything was done to perfection.  He was extremely patient.  My computer crashed and I had to go purchase another computer.  I use the computer to maintain and update my website.  I used FrontPage 2003 to do this and imagine my surprise when FrontPage wouldn?t work with Windows 8.  Now what do I do? Wayne to the rescue.  He actually created what?s called a virtual environment and loaded Windows XP onto that.  I now have an icon on my desktop on Windows 8 that opens Windows XP and he loaded my FrontPage in there.  Amazing!  He also spent the next two weeks with me with almost daily communication to ensure that there were no issues which there were.  It was a learning process to say the least but he came back multiple times and even connected in and controlled my computer from his office to show me how to work the new system.  I still didn?t quite get it but did he stop where others would have? Nope.  He came out and made me step by step narrated videos of how to work the system that were wonderful.  I can now update my website again.  Thanks Wayne!  I would recommend this company to anyone.  There is nobody better.

Wayne should be called "The Amazing Wayne". When he arrived, he took a quick look at the external hard drive and asked me some questions about my computer. He then explained in detail what the charges were to try to retrieve the data, as well as prices to clean up and tune up the computer and he provided a written copy of the company policies. It took a little while to remove the external hard drive from its case, but once that was accomplished, Wayne proceeded to attach it to a piece of equipment he brought with him and plugged it in via USB port to the CPU. He then was able to determine that the data was able to be retrieved and proceeded to move the files to a new external hard drive, which I could later copy to the computer. He also was able to remove duplicate files and he let me know that if any files were corrupted, they would not transfer. It took several hours complete the transfer, but it worked and I was very pleased about that. Then Wayne opened up and checked the CPU, which was in good condition. Following that, he went into the Temp files, including hidden files, and was able to get rid of a lot of junk and then found and was able to delete some rogue programs that found their way onto the computer when some new software was loaded. The next thing was to check computer performance and Wayne was able do some reconfiguring to get the computer to work and load much more quickly than it was before. Wayne suggested that I add a malware program for some additional computer protection, which was very reasonably priced. I agreed to that and he downloaded and configured it for me. Additionally, Wayne answered some questions I had about our router and what different options might work to get better wireless in other areas of our home in which the signal is a little weak. All throughout the repair and tune-up process, Wayne explained everything he was doing and why. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Wayne and his company to anyone needing their computer and/or an external hard drive repaired. I feel that the price charged for retrieving my data from the external hard drive was fair, and the total amount paid was reasonable since it included the data retrieval, checking and tuning up the computer, and the cost, downloading and configuring of the malware program.

My computer was suffering from slow loading times and advertising pop-ups. The technician was able to remotely remove all malware, temporary files and provided me with a tune up that was able to speed up the computer. He was courteous and professional as well as informative as he explained everything he was doing while I watched from my home. I would highly recommend their services to others.

Wayne called me and made an appointment to come to my place. He explained his pricing  structure in great detail so I would know what I would or would not paying to have fixed. He came to my home at the appointment time and was all business but also very friendly. He allowed me to watch as he ran the diagnostics on my computer and them he explained to me what the problems were.
He also gave me a dollar figure between having my computer fixed or buying a new one. He didn't pressure me to make a decision or try to sell me anything.

After he gave  a complete list of what would have to be done to fix my computer and the cost, he also told me what it would cost to replace the old one with a new desktop computer. Since I had my system set up the way I liked it  and need to use it everyday, I decided to have him repair the old computer. He was proactive in checking my boards and told me that eventually by the end of the year I  would need a new graphics card. He said that when that time came he would do the installation for me

What I liked best , was personal service and the wonderful personality that Wayne has.

I highly recommend Spectacular Computer Repair  because they showed me they will do their best to fix  your computer problems and not think of you as just a dollar sign. Wayne made me feel like a person first and then a customer. Oh, and this company charges by the job and not by the time it takes them to fix the problems.
