Description of Work: Incredibly wonderful service that was just as incredibly competent. This shop has GOT to be the best auto body shop in Sarasota County and probably neighboring ones, too. Further, if there's some service they don't perform but you need, they refer you to someone also competent, and you get a sizable discount because the reference comes from B&B. Management treats clients like friends and for that reason, plus their competence and reasonable rates, clients actually do become friends. The claims rep from my insurer told me that they didn't need to be on the insurer's approved list because B&B is so good that they don't need that (and it costs to get on that list); I was told to forget the approved list and just go to B&B. I am so glad I did. I have yet to find a service they don't perform or one where they failed to provide an excellent reference with a good discount. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere for anything for my car. BTW, they handle everything from plain vanilla cars to the fanciest of the most hot, expensive brands, including race cars. I have yet to encounter a dissatisfied customer.

+ -1 moreNot only did a find a used door in good condition, it came with a new rear view mirror on the side. This was not so easy to find and he did a perfect job of installing it in no time flat. All of the employees are friendly and thorough.
