This experience has been terrible. I have a home warranty that contracts with this company. First of all, it has been two months, I have paid the company First American Home Warranty (Do not use) and the copay and my machine is still not fixed. They do not answer their phones and only text occasionally. If I could give them a zero I would and I am contacting any regional authorities to report this negligent response, especially after paying.

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment and get part.

Assigned by Old Republic Home Protection, home warranty. I clearly stated that the washer had two issues, it was shaking badly and skipping the rinse cycle. The technician fixed the shaking but started to leave without addressing the cycle issue. Despite me reminding him every few minutes - he did not speak very good English. He messed with it a bit more and said it was now working fine. But it wasn't. The warranty company - Old Republic - re-dispatched them back out after I called and when they didn't show I called them. After being on hold for 10 minutes I was told that they repaired all that they could and that I should call the warranty company back. While speaking with Old Republic I was placed on hold while they called Atlantic Appliance. Atlantic Appliance told Old Republic that they refused the second call because the washer was damaged due to misuse. Totally different from what they told me! And of course this was after they were already paid for the initial repair. So now, not only will they not fix the washer, they have made it so that Old Republic will not cover any further work on it because of misuse! I do not recommend either Atlantic Appliance or Old Republic.

Original request for service was over a month ago to fix a leak. They came out a week late and said they needed to order a part. No communication then finally two+ weeks later they called to schedule another appointment. A different guy showed up and said he didn’t have the tool required to fix it. He didn’t bother reconnecting anything and left the machine in pieces with no indication of when he would be back. I’ve called multiple times and left messages with no response. **** warranty company should be ashamed for using this company. They are frauds!

Assigned contractor by home warranty provider. Customer service and professionalism were very bad. It took 3 weeks to get fixed and each time I called I was pushed off and my concerns were dismissed. The technician showed up 3 hours past the 4-hour service window. The fridge did finally get fixed and is working fine now. I would definitely not hire this company myself and would not recommend them to anyone wanting to hire appliance repair.
