You wrote a review for Artistic Concrete Lifting 2 hours ago 7/8/2020 Hired Roy to "level" our pool deck. No problem was discussed prior to him beginning the job. On 6/25/2020; around 8 am his crew came, Roy left while the work was being performed. One of his crew, Randy, stated there was a problem with the job and we would need to repair the pool tile on the waterline, as they put too much pressure on it while doing their job and cracked 10 feet of the grout and separated the tile. Roy returned before his crew left and said he would have it repaired, but because it was close to the 4th of July, to be patient. I write this today, as I have contacted Roy on 7/6 without response, as the repairs that he left us with are far more expensive than what he was "paid". He stated that would make it good. To date, nothing further from Roy. I definitely would not recommend Roy as he has NO FOLLOW-THROUGH and is uncaring of the repairs that he is causing unsuspecting customers. Beware of him. Cost of repairs range from $1500 to 2680. No response from owner.

It went well until it didn't. After 3 months the drive way sank back to its original position. I called, the owner said he tried to call me back but my Voice mail was full. I have never had more than 2 voice mails and I always respond to them within the hour. They said they would come by the next week but never showed. I called again, got voice mail, left a message and have never heard back. I have since found out that their Web Site shows they have an "A+" rating from the BBB but the BBB site shows they have an "F" rating and have been accused of using false claims of their rating. Don't waste your time or money as the work may not last as long as it takes them to cash you check.

The deck has never looked so good or felt so solid.  We have had work done before by a different company to no avail, we continued with the problem.  It is solid now.  The crew cleaned up all the area and left things as good as they found them.  I was very pleased with the work, workers, and owner, Mr. La Bard.

Roy and his staff were very efficient and personable. Roy came over very quickly to give us an estimate and scheduled an appointment within a reasonable time. We had a large Cypress tree root growing under our deck lifting it but couldn't confirm it for sure until a section where the deck was lifting was removed to expose the root. They pumped in a cement slush mixture to fill hollow areas underneath our deck to stabilize it and cleaned up very well afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them!

Before we moved into the house we noticed the deck had cracked and seemed to be falling away from the house and the pool.  The realtors had a guy come in and pump in hydraulic cement.  It worked but only for awhile, and then the cracking resumed (after we refinished the deck, of course).
Upon a recommendation of a friend we called Artistic Concrete Lifting.  They came out and told us that just pumping in hydraulic cement was only doing half the job... in time the fill under the deck would continue to wash out... They told us that they would level the deck by jacking it and then would use hydraulic cement to permanently make sure the deck didn't move.
They came out and carefully excavated under the deck and laid in multiple hydraulic jacks slowing lifting the deck until it was level and the cracks minimal.  They then stabilized the jacks with cement and drilled into the deck and filled all cavities with hydraulic cement.  The owner was there for the entire time and showed great care in how the operations were performed.
They cleaned up afterwards... the deck has not budged since they performed their magic, and my neighbor just contracted with them to stabilize his deck.  He too was impressed with the quality of their workmanship... 5 Stars!
