Arpin Van Lines - AAA Flat Rate Moving Co Inc

All went well until they had our furniture. I selected them because they gave me a window of 4 days for delivery. On the 5th day I started calling and emailing them asking when my furniture would be delivered. There was never a response. I had to call Arpin headquarters who was not much better. My furniture took 3 weeks to be delivered. I'm still waiting to hear anything about three pieces that were damaged.

Excellent.  Could not have been happier.  This was a big move needed more than one truck.  Very careful wrapping and packing and moving.  Completed the move-out in one day, and completed the move-in in 1/2 a day.  No breakage or damage.  Always on time and kept informed of status.  Owner involved and stopped by to estimate the job and later during move to inspect.  They weren't the least expensive movers, but they were reasonably close in price, and I've had bad experiences with cheaper movers in my several moves. You get what you pay for in the moving industry.

Couldn't have gone better.  Showed up on time, and with enough workers to complete the packing and truck loading on day 1.  The workers were very friendly, hard-working, and careful.  There was no major damage and almost no minor damage. And even the owner came out to help with the initial packing and to supervise the move.

Thanks to AAA Flat Rate our move was flawless. The move took two days, the first was for packing and the team was wonderful. Two gentlemen came and they packed our kitchen as well as the china cabinet and they took great care with my large collection of figurines. They were very patient and helped me organize everything. When I unpacked there wasn't any damage because of the time they took to individually wrap everything. I was so pleased I made the decision to have them pack my collection as opposed to packing it myself; I certainly don't have the experience to have done it without a hitch like they did. After watching them I know that packing is truly an art form.
The second day was the move and the three man crew worked quickly, and seemingly effortlessly. I was amazed at how fast it all happened. Again they took great care with my furniture, individually blanketing and wrapping my pieces to avoid any damage. I was so pleased with the diligence they took in protecting my brand new hardwood floors in the new house. It was such a pleasant move from start to finish. From the owner who did the estimate in June, to the young woman in the office who answered my multitude of questions, to the 5 men that took exquisite care of my prized possessions, I couldn't have been happier. 

They did really good the second time. Each time we had three men and they were all tough with furniture. They wrapped the furniture and they even took the door off to be sure that some of the furniture would go through without scratching it. When we moved the house we moved from was single story, but the house moved into was two stories s so they took exercise equipment and weights and other heavy things up the stairs without complaining. They were just super about that and when we asked them to move something somewhere they moved it with no issue. They told us about every little thing that they saw before they moved the furniture to make sure that we knew or if we had any previous damages.

They did well. It was a mistake in the front office which caused the guys to be late in their first move in March, but it wasn't their fault. It wasn't the mover's fault, it was somebody in the office that mischeduled something. They were really late the first time, they weren't late the second time though.

Awesome crew. Very helpful. Helped me bring items I thought I would have to leave behind. At my new home they helped me find certain things.

It went very well from start to finish.  Actually, they called to ask if they could deliver my belongings a day early and I was thrilled.  Very professional, excellent and lowest price quote I got.  Aside from about $200 worth of damage due to breakage of a couple of glasses and lamps, all else went very well.

The driver was supposed to arrive at 8 to 9 AM on delivery day; he finally arrived at 12:30 PM. 

Our driveway is challenging and the movers (2 guys did the entire delivery) used a shuttle truck to transfer from the jumbo trailer to our house.  Turns out they did the shuttling with a U-Haul for shuttle from the trailer that was parked in a Walmart lot. 

The driver said that part of the delay was because of the other furniture that was loaded on the trailer, and separated from ours by a plywood partition.  The finally finished up at about 9:30 PM. 

During unloading, we noted damage to 2 pieces of furniture.  We have since found that my large plasma TV is completed destroyed; the screen looks like a spider's web.  We bought extra insurance, so hopefully, we'll have no issues with repair or replacement

Excellent service, very professional, and handled our furniture with the upmost care, wrapping  everything. We would certainly use this moving company again and highly recommend them. The moving crew we had was great!!!

Some very minor items were broken but nothing significant. Only real complaint is that some of the packers scattered items into different boxes making it a puzzle when unpacking. Shipment actually arrived sooner than expected.

They were extremely helpful and my experience was great. Joy was super awesome and easy to work with. I only have good things to say about them.   However, Arpin delivered my things across the country and they were 3 weeks late and some things were damaged when they arrived.

All went good. Delivery was smooth & efficient. Used 7 weeks of storage.

I called Arpin because of the good rfeport on Angie's list. I was very pleased with the company's responsiveness and reliability. I need to change my moving date once and they very accomodating without any negative attatude.

I felt as though they aren’t able to do enough for me. They have been excellent and we were satisfied with the price.
