On March 24, I sent a letter to Argus by certified mail (the return receipt said they got it 3/25). As of this date, I have no response. On April 1, I sent a separate letter by certified mail (the return receipt said they got it 4/4. As of this date, I have no response. On April 10, I sent a third letter-(return receipt dated 4/11)--no response. In the meantime, I sent an e-mail concerning maintenance at the condo through the Vice President (who "manages" maintenance) and was told to contact Argus, not him. No response from Argus. I should mention that I pay the highest condo fee in the entire condominium and have always paid my dues on time--great customer service! Whereas previous Boards announced their yearly meetings at the beginning of the year, Argus posts them 48 hours (the minimum required by law) so that no one but the Board really knows when they're being held (most residents here are snowbirds and used to plan when they would be down for meetings). No one is allowed to see the "list of maintenance items" which used to be discussed at every meeting before Argus took over. he grass has become weed (where it's not sand), maintenance is barely accomplished (usually taking 6 months for a simple project), and financials are generally posted late.
Description of Work: Argus manages our condominium (Hudson Harbour). Under Florida Statute 718.12, when an owner sends a question to it's Board (which Argus manages, administers, and is our only contact with) the Board must respond in 30 days with a substantive answer. Argus has never responded to the last 3 inquiries.
