Arctic air home services. I used this contractor to replace my HVAC system. During the installation, one of our bicycles was stolen from the garage where they worked. We reported it to the police... an ongoing investigation, but unfortunately no video recording of the incident. Mike the contractor admitted and apologized, promising to bring back or replace the ($1200)bicycle on the same date as the system inspection. Since then 2 months passed by and Mike disappeared. They never scheduled the system inspection. Needless to say, I paid them on the spot when the installation was completed. Finally, I called the Building department and scheduled the inspection with them. I recommend staying away from this shady company.

We have been away and the loss of AC was extremely stressful. They did everything possible to keep us cooling while parts were ordered. They had the factory overnight them. The tech on the job was Casey he was knowable and very efficient. All the people in the service department were doing all they could. I would highly recommend them

We don't pay because we run a maintenance plan. It's good. I like that they come out. The workers are very professional and answer a lot of questions which I always appreciate because I ask a lot of questions. They're very prompt.
