Asked for service on a tankless heater. Got a sales pitch and a bill. No progress. Been in Sarasota 55 years, never been ripped off by a trade like this experience.

Stay away from this company by all means. They care for one thing which is money. After paying them $537 for 1.5 hour of work they decided to charge me another $172 for looking at the water pipeline on another property, when I mentioned to them this is greedy they responded that there is a service fee for the company + diagnostic time which was 5 min even though I paid them $537 dollars at that time. This is greedy and I hope you'll make your home work before contacting them. Make sure you know the exact amount of money they are going to charge you before you start working.

It went well enough and was completed in an hour but then the bill came. $300 for an hour of work. If you enjoy burning your cash then this is the company for you.

They are always professional and are very fair with their pricing. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

They were here right away after I called and they had it fixed the next day even though they had to order a part! I really appreciate that they always call ahead and always follow up to make sure that I'm happy and satisfied. They even mail me a paper statement since I don't use computers!

They did a very good job - brought A large rig to dig the trench in the center of the shell driveway, ran the Line to the house, and corrected a Few minor problemd with the house connection. After inspection they Made the driveway look like it did before the trench was dug. Highly recommend.

It's our usual guy. They did a lot. Compared to the other companies they're very good. Quality is excellent.

We are on contract with them for twice a year.  They leave the area clean.

We have an annual contract with them, so they come out twice a year.  They left the area clean for us.  The workers were very cordial.  I follow them around and they always explain what they are doing.

After they provide the service the guarantee is to short .

We called other companies that dealt with Carrier, to see if they had the right part. Mark from Aqua came out the next day and determined the motor was just fine, but our system just needed a few pounds of gas / coolant. The cost for the service and labor was under $200. Needless to say, we will not renew our contract with Cool Today, and if we need anything for our home we will call Aqua. They are honest and smart.

I have always had a good experience with them. I used them twice for electrical services, after getting a great newsletter from them. They are on time, communicate well, and I have always had good interactions with everyone.

I think their service is good, but they are expensive. I have a service contract, it runs out in a year. They need to lower their prices.
