Andy is a very, very nice man, but has been all over the place with his work. A bit disappointing considering we paid him all winter (when the work rarely needed to be done) - its a month to month payment. Now that its nice out, we needed him to come to our house weekly but he's had many excuses why he couldn't show up...
Basically I feel we were paying him all winter long to do very little to no work and now that its spring and we needed his service - he hasn't been around. He was supposed to start mowing weekly, but he had several excuses why he wasn't showing up, in the meantime our lawn looked really bad. I had to call and text him several times to see if he would be coming out to the house. The first week of April he was supposed to start coming out weekly on Mondays, but for whatever reasons, he was not able to come out every week. The lawn looked very bad because a couple times and had gotten really shaggy looking and long (like over 6" in some areas). It was embarrassing to us that our lawn looked so shabby. Our shrubs were also looking pretty bad. I think the worst part was that I had to keep calling to check with him to see when he was coming out. Otherwise, I feel he wouldn't have remembered us nor shown up. 
The hard part about this review is that he is a really nice guy, but as for the business side of things, we didn't have a pleasant experience.

He is fine and he is excellent. He is good and reliable. The price is reasonable. I have used him for 15 years.

He is a very nice guy. He is pleasant to deal with. He comes on time and makes sure the job is done right. He comes almost weekly to my home. My yard looks beautiful.
