"We are confused by this review. We proposed a system and gave the client full specification sheets on each and every part that was to be installed. After the install, the client asked about a specific feature of the lighting configuration of his 247 COLOR cameras that he had selected. He did not like the way his cameras had white light led illumination to produce "color at night". I told Kevin I would research my vendors to see if there was a model camera that would do what he wanted - A "Dual Light" Camera that would only turn on the white light if motion is detected, which was new for HD-TVI type Camera, and we were able to find. We ordered them is within a few weeks, we exchanged his camera for the new type he ultimately wanted. We charged him a small labor cost for doing so, and Kevin seemed happy. We are sorry Kevin feels this way."
"This client had purchased a camera system off the internet and installed it himself, but could not get camera Images on the display. I arrived at the scheduled date and time. I spent 10 - 15 minutes trouble-shooting the system, found the problem, and corrected it. The service call was completed within the first hour, so the charge was exactly what we had quoted Mr. [Consumer Name Removed], in writing, days before the service call was performed. When I left the service call, the system was working properly. My company did not supply any of the products for this system, so I am confused as to the issue with quality, customer service, or the value for money the client is stating."
"Thank you Joseph, we are happy you are pleased. : )"
"We are sorry the client feels this way. We feel he is being dishonest here. The clients original request was to replace his damaged DVR and 2 cameras. We completed that task in a timely fashion, but discovered his power supply for the cameras was also damaged and needed to be replaced but was not part of the origional scope of work quoted. We schedule a second service call and yes, we charged for the additional part and labor. I did the second service call, and discovered the client had installed a powered HDMI modulator/demodulator to his monitores in reversed which is what most likely damaged his monitor, our tech simply unpluged the HDMI cable from the damaged HDMI amplified splitter and the monitor failed. Nothing our tech did. Also, I did not wander into the clients home. I was let in the front door by a man not wearing a mask, so I did not feel the need to put mine on as I was working in a room by myself."
"Thank you Phil, So glad we were able to help you out."
