Description of Work: Kitchen remodeling. |Workman stole cabinet knobs that we purchased. Didn't use the granite we chose. 3 cracks patched in granite. Trouble with workers showing up on time or not showing up at all. We made selections and Steve purchased inferior look-alikes. The job was never finished. Don't use them....smooth talker.

 + -1 moreIt went fine. We really liked working with Don. Later after the job was completed, we received a lien on our property for the granite. We paid for at the stone vendor to American. We should have written in the contract that we would pay all subcontractors directly. Lesson learned in Florida! Anyway, after several phone calls to American, the owner finally called us back. He claimed that he paid them but he never sent us proof. I guess buyer beware. We are new to Florida and didn't understand the subcontractor laws. My advise in dealing with this company is stay on your toes and cover your own!

Steve gave us creative and innovative guidance and suggestions with a beautiful result and a minimum of disruptions. We highly endorse American Decorating Outlet and their owner, Steve Sanford.
Description of Work: We recently selected Steve Sanford and his excellent professional team at American Decorating Outlet for remodeling our kitchen and two bathrooms. We are thrilled with the results, including a new center island and granite counter tops in our kitchen and two bathrooms.
