Very poorly. I later called the manufacturer who recommended another company.
They came and fixed the elevator, prices much less than Am ...
And they said the elevator had benn installed wrong

Charges high.   ...& when it broke he charged a couple of thousand dollars to fix& it broke immediately..,,I called in another company that was terrific..,after a complete inspection they said it had been installed wrong....they called manufacturer to tell them

the service was performed properly-however the price charged was far higher than I expected

I described to Alan, the owner and operator, on the phone that my home elevator stopped working shortly after we experiences a grid power surge. Langford, the company that installed the equipment did not respond to my calls so I turned to Angie's list. Unfortunately, Angie's list has no category for 'residential elevator'! I was fortunate to find AM elevator service Co in the Yellow Pages.Alan was prompt to answer and showed up at my house at the exact time we agreed upon. He got to work immediately diagnosing the problem and explaining in detail every step he took. He got the elevator to work again and even swept away the dust accumulated over the years at the bottom of the elevator shaft.We understood each other perfectly on the electrical/electronic challenges of the elevator mechanism. I was happy to pay him the reasonable charges he presented to me and I will not hesitate to call him back any time the elevator is acting up.

Everything turned out great. I have recommended this company to many of my neighbors. There prices were very reasonable as well. I have used this company multiple times and have done a great job each time.
