All Glass & Windows was recommended to us by a neighbor who is a general contractor.
Owner, Dave Fleeman, came out and measured that Windows and doors. A few days later he emailed me a detailed 27 page estimate. Dave was very personable and made excellent recommendations. He was not at all High Pressure like other sales quotes we received.
Dave's pricing was better than the other bids we received. We went with Dave at All Glass mainly because of the recommendation of my neighbor who is a General Contractor who supervises building of custom homes.
After agreeing to the bid, Dave came out with another rep on September 22nd to do final exact measurements and sign the contract. We were told 10-12 weeks lead time was needed for PGTto manufacture the windows and doors. We got a call in early December that windows would be ready on December 14th so we set that as a date. The crews showed up every day at 8:30. It took 6 days, Mon-Sat to complete the installation.
The crews are NOT sub contractors but they are all employed by All Glass. Everyone on the crew was polite and very experienced. They cleaned up at the end of every day.
The results were extraordinary.
Rodney was meticulous and he is a perfectionist. He worked tirelessly and ensured that all the work was perfect.
Rodney did some custom metal work to trim out the sliding glass doors. They also had to cut existing porcelain tile in the bedroom slider and travertine stone floor in the Living room and Family Room to install the new sliding door floor tracks. I was nervous about that but Rodney did a perfect job with the detail tile trim.
The house is now so much quieter and maintains indoor temperature much better.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL GLASS & WINDOWS FOR RETROFITTING YOUR WINDOWS AND DOORS.
