Work went a scheduled and was completed in a timely manner. Crew cleaned up daily and left things in good order.

They installed my new system. That was years ago, about four years ago. They come out every year for service, maintenance.

The installers came two days later as promised. They were extremely knowledgeable and had plenty of experience with units like the one we purchased. It was installed in a few hours, in spite of my husband watching the entire process and generally making a pest of himself. So far everything is running perfectly, but should there be a problem we have complete faith that All American will take care of it just like they did the previous one.

We have a twice a year and annual contract with them and they are excellent. I pick them and I really like the sales person and the crew that came and installed and the follow-ups were great.

The technician completed the work  in two hours of replacing a compressor which was under warrantee.  I was told the work would take at least 4 hours and the work was complicated which was the reason  the cost was so high.  In actuality, it took less than two hours. The All American office man that I complained to said that the reason the cost was so high was that they had to use a fan  and the coolant.  A workman from All American had been out three weeks or so before when I had pointed out the problem and he said it wasn't anything to worry about.

All American Heating and Cooling is a very professional group of people from the office staff to the service people. Troy just finished my service call, and he was very polite, professional and capable.

They were great....on time , friendly and did a nice job. The gentleman that came out was extremely helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Nice to know there are still good companies that provide good service for a reasonable price. We couldn't find the filter (we're from Michigan and we don't suspend our furnaces from the ceiling!)..and he even gave me a new filter, till I could get to the store to get a new one.

GREAT! We purchased a used house and moved in on one of the hottest days of the summer and had no AC. Called All American Heating and they were there promptly early the next morning. A quick diagnosis lead to a fairly straight forward repair and we were up and running in an hour. This wasn't the first time we have used them and would continue to use them in the future.

I interviewed 3 companies and was most comfortable with All American's knowledge. And the price was competitive-they were priced right in the middle of the 3 quotes i got. When i had followup questions, they responded quickly. The installation was quick and painless

They first came on a Thursday and replaced the capacitor. I was told then that if the fan stopped working again it may be due to the fan motor. Well, Friday the fan stopped working. I called Monday morning first thing (I didn't want to pay for a week-end service call) and they were back at our house within an hour of my phone call. The motor was replaced and so far so good.
