He take a pump on the hot tub and did not provide me with a total refund for the new pump that he didn't provide, he left the property and took the existing pump. I paid $525 and part of the amount of money was put back to me but not the pump.

I would not recommend this company. I contacted this company in January and our spa is not working. Bob Ely, Hot Tub Bob, has no idea what he is doing. On his first visit, he spent 15 minutes pulling the panels off the free-standing spa and the declared the pump was the problem. He said a new pump would be $500. Understand, the spa is barely two years old. He left with our check and said it would be two weeks before he could get a new pump. Two weeks later, I had to call him to schedule an appointment. He brought a colleague with him that performed the removal and reinstall of the new pump. Still not working. Bob said he would have to consult his electrician to figure out what was wrong. Two weeks later I had to contact him to return to try and fix the hot tub. He returned with the same colleague and replaced the plug-in receptacle on the hot tub wiring. Still not working. He then stated he would have his electrician (Modern Electric) contact me. Three weeks later I finally scheduled an appointment and he was a no-show. I had to hire my own electrician to come to the home and check the circuit- all good. I called Bob again about his next course of action- no response. Now I am out $500 with a pump I didn't need and a hot tub that still doesn't work. Not a professional!

Well knowledgeable good to know Bob ?

Bob was very professional when he came to my home to repair a leaking hot tub on September 23rd. Turned out that our old tub had different sized connectors so he had to find parts on line. Came back today because I was not available last week, and repaired it with a rebuilt pump and the proper fittings!

They did a great job fixing our hot tub. It is very hard to find a reliable company to come out and do repairs on an older hot tub so, I was lucky to find Bob. I was very pleased with their work.
